Hi! We are Marconilo and Sonia. In 2014, we founded Cafe SyM, a family project. We provide the world with the best Guanacastecan coffee around. Our coffee is grown organically using regenerative agroforestry methods that provide home to a wonderful array of wildlife. 
We invite you to taste the sweet honey and caramel notes that dance in each cup of coffee we serve.
